KW Command Bridge

What the extension accesses

After the user explicitly pairs the extension and signs in to KW Command, it accesses the Command identity and supported business records needed for the requested sync. Those records may include contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses and tags; listing address, price, property, status, date and remarks fields; SmartPlan definitions; Marketing email, Social Post, Direct Mail and Design records; Website and team settings/content; and supported profile, organization, entitlement, task, goal, SmartView, activity, deal, email-account/statistics, profit-share and dashboard metadata. Command Paid Ads and text-message content are not included in the supported bridge contract.

The extension does not read or transmit the user's KW password, Command cookies, Command bearer token, Elite password, or Elite session cookie. Command requests run in the signed-in Command tab, and Chrome sends the existing Command session directly to Keller Williams.

How data is used

Business records are transmitted over HTTPS only to the paired Elite Vantage brokerage to perform the import and synchronization the user requested. Contacts are projected into Elite CRM and listings into Elite Listing Center. SmartPlans, Marketing, and Website data are available through bounded reference views. Remaining supported account metadata is retained as tenant-scoped bridge records and synchronization evidence.

After the first requested import, supported inbound records refresh every 15 minutes while Chrome and a signed-in Command tab are available. Only eligible fields on an Elite CRM contact already linked to Command may be queued back to that same Command contact. All other supported categories are inbound only.

The extension stores a revocable, tenant-scoped pairing token, extension installation identifier, connection status, and recent sync status in Chrome local extension storage. This information is used only to operate and troubleshoot the bridge.

Sharing, advertising, and human access

Extension data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred for credit, insurance, or unrelated profiling. It is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the user-requested Elite Vantage and Keller Williams Command synchronization, meet legal obligations, or protect the service from abuse.

Authorized support or security personnel do not read synchronized record content except with the user's specific consent for support, when required for security, or when required by law.

Security and retention

Pairings are scoped to one Elite brokerage and user, bound to an extension install, revalidated against current permissions, and revocable from Elite Settings. Data is encrypted in transit. Elite retains imported records according to the brokerage's account, legal, and retention settings. Revoking the extension stops future sync but does not silently delete permitted business history.

Your choices

The user can pause synchronization by closing or signing out of Command, revoke the pairing from Elite Settings, uninstall the extension, or ask the brokerage administrator to handle access, export, correction, or deletion requests. Uninstalling clears extension-local data under Chrome's normal extension-storage behavior.
