1. Information we collect

We collect account identity and profile information, brokerage and workspace configuration, records you create or upload, product activity, device and security logs, and support communications.

Connected Google and Microsoft accounts

When you choose to connect an account, the provider shows the exact permissions requested. Depending on the features you authorize, these permissions may include profile, contacts, calendar, tasks, mail, and files. ELITE Vantage does not receive your Google or Microsoft password.

2. How connected data is used

• Show authorized contacts, calendar items, tasks, messages, and files inside Agent Desk.
• Perform an action you initiate, such as sending an email or updating an authorized task.
• Associate work with a relationship, property, listing, or deal when you direct the platform to do so.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and satisfy legal obligations.

We do not sell connected account data, use it for advertising, or permit humans to read it except with your affirmative support request, for security, to comply with law, or when strictly necessary to operate a feature you requested.

3. Browser-private Gmail and Drive access

Read-only Gmail message content and Google Drive file listings are requested directly by your browser from Google after a separate consent step. Those restricted Google access tokens and the returned Gmail or Drive content are held in browser memory for the active session and are not sent to, logged by, or stored on ELITE Vantage servers. Closing or refreshing the page clears that in-memory access.

Google email sending is a separate, user-initiated permission and does not grant ELITE read access to Gmail content.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

ELITE Vantage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve prominent, user-facing features that the user authorizes.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share information only with infrastructure, security, and service providers acting under contract on our behalf; with a brokerage workspace according to its configured roles; when you direct us to share it; or when legally required. Service providers may process only the data needed to perform their contracted function and may not use it for their own advertising.

6. Security and retention

We use encrypted transport, encrypted secret storage, access controls, session binding, audit records, and tenant separation. OAuth credentials handled by ELITE are encrypted and retained only while needed to maintain an authorized connection, until they expire, or until the connection is revoked. Business records are retained according to the workspace's operational and legal requirements. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect a provider in ELITE Vantage and can revoke Google access from Google Account permissions or Microsoft access from your Microsoft account. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your ELITE account data, email ebuttacavoli.nyc@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, security, disputes, or law.
