These terms govern access to ELITE Vantage. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, protect client information, and act within the authority granted by your brokerage and connected accounts.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for the brokerage or organization whose workspace you use. Keep account access secure, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
2. Permitted use
You may use ELITE Vantage for legitimate real estate, relationship, marketing, intelligence, listing, and transaction operations. You may not misuse provider data, evade access controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the platform to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
3. Connected services
Google, Microsoft, Plaid, and other integrations are optional and subject to their own terms. You authorize only the permissions presented during consent. Availability can change if you revoke access, the provider changes its service, or an administrator restricts the connection. You remain responsible for actions you initiate and for confirming that you have authority to access or use connected data.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant ELITE Vantage the limited right to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate, secure, and improve the services you request. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for that content.
5. Professional responsibility
ELITE Vantage supports professional judgment; it does not replace legal, tax, financial, brokerage, fair-housing, or regulatory advice. Property, market, commission, and workflow outputs should be independently reviewed before a consequential decision.
6. Availability and changes
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but integrations and features may be interrupted or changed. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, or the platform, or to address unlawful activity.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect providers at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or nonpayment under an applicable commercial agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
